Howard has over 40 years of accounting/auditing experience, most of it with the Department. He has worked with the Department’s audit section in its Illinois and Tallahassee offices. Howard works with the out of state offices assisting with the larger or disputed cases. He interacts with the Voluntary Disclosure Section, Taxpayer Assistance and Dispute Resolution and The General Counsel. One-part technician, one-part go-fer, and one-part keyboard jockey.
