Jason Taylor has focused his practice on addressing discrimination, retaliation, FLSA, NLRB, and other similar claims in state and federal courts. He is AV-rated on Martindale-Hubble, a 2014-2016 Superlawyer Rising Star in employment defense. He regularly appears for trial on these matters, and has more than 16 years of experience in defending such claims.
While he enjoys litigation and the challenges that come with it, he is acutely aware of the significant affect litigation can have on employers and more enjoys helping employers remain compliant with the myriad of laws, rules and regulations addressing the employment relationship.
He will be managing much of the Firm’s litigation and working proactively to support clients with audits, trainings, investigations, and hotline support. Jason has a passion for employment law and aa strong reputation for working tirelessly for his clients.
