Kathryn Dickey is the Business Process Owner of Account Management within GTA. Kathryn leads the creation and maintenance of taxpayer and employer accounts for entities required to file tax returns and/or remit taxes, entities exempt from paying tax, and other entities required to have a relationship with the Department.

Kathryn's prior experience with the Department includes working as a specialist and manager in Central Collections and Return Reconciliation. She also served as a business analyst and subject matter expert in the Business Technology Office.

Kathryn has been with the Department since 1995. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail, Merchandising and Product Management from Florida State University.
