University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting. She teaches financial accounting and tax courses across the curriculum in several different programs, including the Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Master of Accounting, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, and Master of Science in Management programs. She is also an adjunct lecturer in the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s LL.M. in Taxation program, where she teaches Accounting for Tax Lawyers. Sonia is a quadruple Gator, having graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Master of Accounting, Juris Doctor, and LL.M. in Taxation degrees. She is a CPA licensed in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar. She also maintains a FL real estate sales associate license. Sonia has received several awards for outstanding teaching from the Warrington College of Business Administration and the Fisher School of Accounting. She serves as the faculty advisor for UF’s Upsilon Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. She organized and advised the UF Fisher School of Accounting Student Panel.
